The cool Pacific and nearby Andes mountains exert a strong influence on vine production in Chile. The  contrast between cool nights and very hot days provides excellent conditions for the vine. The ‘Organics’ Cabernet is a single vineyard wine from an estate which has been certified organic since 2000.  The wine  spends 12 months ageing in oak  barrels, 40% of which are new and are a mix of French and American.  Intense, vibrant ruby colour,  aromas of sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves, and ripe black fruit and cassis flavours, with soft  tannins. Big and flavoursome, perfect for barbecues, red meats and hard cheeses.
