Domaine Bousquet Pinot Noir

Aromas: strawberry, cherry, raspberry, red currant, violet, sometimes rhubarb and cranberry. Oak-aged versions add vanilla, smoke, clove, and light baking spice. 
Palate: medium-bodied, soft-textured, juicy red fruit, moderate acidity, silky tannins, and a slightly rounded Mendoza ripeness compared with Burgundy. 
Structure: cleaner and fruit-forward rather than earthy/funky. The high-altitude vineyards preserve freshness, so it avoids becoming jammy despite the sunny climate. 
Finish: smooth, lightly spicy, sometimes with mineral or smoky notes from French oak aging.
