- Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 15.0%
- Viticulture: Sourced from old Malbec vines (planted over 50 years ago) grown in alluvial and deep silt soils. Grapes are hand-harvested in 15 kg trays.
- Winemaking: Double-sorted (before and after destemming) with gentle handling all by gravity. Fermentation takes place in small cement vats and new French oak barrels.
- Aging: Aged for up to 30 months in French oak barriques.
- Tasting Profile:
- Nose: Rich aromas of blackberries, dark plums, blueberries, and violets, layered with notes of cocoa, cedar, and baking spices.
- Palate: Full-bodied, broad, and mouthfilling with generous, velvety tannins and a vibrant mineral backbone.
- Serving Temperature: Best served between 16–18 °C (60–64 °F).
