• Variety: 100% Malbec

• Region: Vista Flores, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina

• Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 15.0%

• Viticulture: Sourced from old Malbec vines (planted over 50 years ago) grown in alluvial and deep silt soils. Grapes are hand-harvested in 15 kg trays.

• Winemaking: Double-sorted (before and after destemming) with gentle handling all by gravity. Fermentation takes place in small cement vats and new French oak barrels.

• Aging: Aged for up to 30 months in French oak barriques.

• Tasting Profile:

  • Nose: Rich aromas of blackberries, dark plums, blueberries, and violets, layered with notes of cocoa, cedar, and baking spices.

  • Palate: Full-bodied, broad, and mouthfilling with generous, velvety tannins and a vibrant mineral backbone.

• Serving Temperature: Best served between 16–18 °C (60–64 °F).

• Pairings: Excellent with grilled red meats, lamb, roasted game, and aged cheeses
