Champagne Lenique Blanc de Noirs

Grapes exclusively from the Marne Valley.
Vinification is in temperature-regulated, stainless-steel tanks.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature (between 15 and 17° C) which ensures the retention of all the fine aromas.

Blend of a single harvest : 100% Pinot Meunier.
Ageing on the lees 18 to 30 months.
 Dosage : between 10 and 15 g/l of sugar blended with reserve wine, followed by a rest of 3 to 6 months after disgorging.

A delicate effervescence, clear and lively bubbles, adding to the brilliance of the colour.
The nose is delicate, beautifully intense and fresh. Scents of lime mix with notes of the flesh of white and yellow fruits.
The palate conveys the freshness that one detects in the aromas, accompanied by a sensation of mildness and smoothness.
Great as an apperitif or with food.
