SAINT VERAN, DOM. DE LA CROIX SENAILLET 2021

Based just outside the village of Davayé, Richard and Stéphane Martin took over from their father in the early 1990s, and make some of the most delicious, pleasurable wines in the appellation.  Since 2006, they have been totally organic and are now certified as such.
The Saint Véran Classique is from 40 separate parcels around the village, with an average age of 45 years, planted on Jurassic limestone and clay soils. Elevage is for 10 months in mainly stainless steel with a small amount of oak barrels.
