This semi-dry white wine presents a brilliant platinum-yellow hue. On the nose, it offers an exotic bouquet of papaya, guava, physalis, and star fruit, accompanied by subtle hints of black tea, gingerbread spice, and cinnamon. The palate is light-footed and multi-layered, with a fruit-driven taste profile and a delicate residual sweetness. A concise fruit acidity imparts freshness and liveliness, leading to a medium finish with mineral notes derived from the marl and limestone soils. 
The Asia Cuvée is an excellent companion to spicy dishes, particularly those found in Asian cuisine. It pairs well with curries, Asian noodles, fiery wok dishes, and other sweet-spicy foods. Its balanced sweetness and acidity also make it suitable for lighter fare, such as red onion stuffed with couscous and apricots, cabbage roulades, or chickpea curry
