The newest expression in the Galley Head range is a marriage of Clonakilty Single Pot Still Whiskey and Irish Grain Whiskey. The Pot Still Whiskey was distilled by Clonakilty Distillery using malted and un-malted barley.
Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Rhum Agricole casks to give sweet tropical flavours.
