Chimay rouge beer

Chimay Rouge, also known as Chimay Red, is a 7% ABV Trappist dubbel beer from Belgium, first brewed by the monks of the Chimay Abbey in 1862. It has a copper-red color, a creamy head, and a complex flavor profile with fruity notes of apricot and orange, caramel, and a hint of bitter astringency
