Champagne Bruyen is a sixth-generation family domaine with roots dating back to 1850 in Passy-Grigny, a village historically devoted to Meunier and located near the Montagne de Reims. For decades, the family cultivated grapes and delivered wines into Paris — famously by bicycle in the post-war years.
Today, the estate is led by Grégory Bruyen, who took over in 2018 with a modern vision built on sustainability and craftsmanship. The domaine works with reasoned, near-organic viticulture, focusing on biodiversity and healthy soils, while in the cellar, fermentations often take place in oak barrels or egg-shaped vats to build depth, texture, and finesse
