Hepworth and Co brew high quality beers from locally sourced ingredients. Based in Horsham, the brewery produces subtle and complex ales and lagers without additives or preservatives. All bottled beers are meticulously filtered rather than pasteurised in order to preserve the full and complex range of flavours. Prospect is traditionally brewed using organically grown malt and hops (Admiral and Golding). This gives a good bitter character balanced by a small amount of crystal malt. A delicious pint - beer as it would have been a century ago !
