Hepworth and Co brew high quality beers from locally sourced ingredients. Based in Horsham, the brewery produces subtle and complex ales and lagers without additives or preservatives. All bottled beers are meticulously filtered rather than pasteurised in order to preserve the full and complex range of flavours. Old Ale is a traditional stock ale - dark and very malty. Admiral hops are used to give a balancing bitterness and the beer is primed with molasses for a luscious flavour.
