Norman Cider from mills in the town of Bayeux, this cider is served at the town's civic functions.  The dry cider is softened by the addition of a little pear juice to the blend. This is not noticable in the final appley glass, but like skillful seasoning of food, you'd know if it was missing. Unlike Cidrerie Viard's 'Traditionnel', this is filtered and bottled 'bright'. 75cl bottles, with wired corks.
