The grapes come from carefully selected areas within the Casablanca valley, to the west of Santiago, where the climate ideally suits the Chardonnay grape. The wine is aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels. Excellent complexity of flavour for a wine at this level - minerality and citric character combine with some tropical fruit flavours and soft, well rounded creamy oak flavours.
