WIne Courses at Taylor's - suitable for all knowledge levels, so whether you are an absolute beginner or just want a refresher course, why not come along and join these informal but informative sessions. Wine grapes of the world Each session will last 90 minutes from 7.30 till 9pm.There will be a selection of wines to taste in each session. The course will cover the major grapes used in wine production, looking at the wine regions in which they are grown, and how the grapes natural flavour and character is affected by different influences such as region and winemaking techniques.
