100% Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir comes from vineyards on soils of loess and volcanic ash. The grapes are de-stemmed and undergo 4 weeks of skin contact fermentation before maturation in used oak barrels for 20 months.
A medium-bodied wine with balanced acidity, minerality and soft tannins. Wild cherry and dark berries on the palate are underlined with great spicyness, with a long and lingering finish.
Serve with meat dishes, particularly venison or game.
